  Creating something beautiful is art, and for it to be beautiful, a lot of imagination and other thinking skills need to be employed. This in turn means the brain should be very busy manipulating ideas, images, info, and feelings concerning the art being created. One becomes fully mindful and relaxed while doing so. This relaxing helps in organizing the brain and hence it works in a better way. Just like having a wardrobe, when it is organized, one can find things easily, if not, then it is a big mess every time one tries to dress up.

  Beauty is perceived by senses, these senses are what triggers the brain to work, and this working brain is what makes life better.
